About the Ted Reese Memorial Scholarship

The Ted Reese Memorial Scholarship is a 501(c) (3) non-profit dedicated to giving a scholarship to a Bonny Eagle senior wrestler going on to higher education and who demonstrates the ideals and principles that legendary wrestling coach, Ted Reese promoted and lived by. Some of those ideals and principles include hard work, team work, selflessness, generosity, caring, and excellence in the classroom as well on the mat.

The Ted Reese Memorial Scholarship is also dedicated to promoting the great sport of wrestling in Maine by promoting wrestling opportunities in Maine, as well as hosting our own clinics and takedown tournaments.
